Transfers
Transfers in BGN
Bank transfers in BGN are executed through:
- BISERA (client system for processing interbank client transfers in BGN equal or less than BGN 100 000,00)
- RINGS (real-time interbank gross settlement system for interbank client transfers, mandatory for amounts over BGN 100,000)
- Tokuda Bank System for the execution of intrabank transfers
Tokuda Bank executes payments in BGN upon duly presented payment order and supporting documents, in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation.
Interbank Payments
The bank accepts and executes within the same day interbank payment orders in Bulgarian lev, through the systems BISERA and RINGS if received by the Bank until 15:00 h. The orders received by the Bank after that hour are executed on the next business day.
Intrabank Payments
The Bank accepts and executes within the same day intrаbank payments orders in BGN received by the Bank until 16:30. The orders received by the Bank after that hour are executed with a next business day.
Foreign Currency Transfers
Payments in foreign currencies are executed upon duly presented payment order and supporting documents, in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation and in the standard blanks of the bank.
Interbank Orders
The cut-off time for acceptance of orders for interbank foreign currency transfers with a SAME DAY value date is 13:00, and such orders are executed on the same business day Orders received by the Bank after that hour are executed with a next-business-day value date.
The cut-off time for acceptance of orders for interbank foreign currency transfers with a TOM or SPOT value date is 15:00. Orders received by the Bank after that hour are executed with a next-business-day.
Incoming Transfers
Incoming foreign currency transfers received until 16:30 are processed by the Bank within the same working day. After that hour, the bank credits the account of the beneficiary on the bussines day, indicating as the value date the business day on which the Bank's account has been credited.
In connection with the restrictive measures applied by EU against the Russian Federation and Belarus, Tokuda Bank temporarily suspends the processing of transfers from and to the Russian Federation and Belarus.
