Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that, effective as of 01.08.2025, amendments to the Tariff of Fees and Commissions applied by Tokuda Bank EAD for services provided to individual clients (the “Tariff”) will come into force. The changes include the removal of fees for transfers via the RIA system, due to the discontinuation of this service, as well as the following amendments in the “LOANS” section:
Item 3 – Consumer loan “Moments of Happiness”: the loan will also be available in EUR, and the maximum loan amount will be increased;
Item 4 – Loan Secured by Cash Collateral: an option to provide the loan in the form of an overdraft will be added;
Section III – Credit Products under Employer Programs (B2E): the “Max” and “Standard” programs for consumer and mortgage loans will be discontinued, along with the overdrafts under preferential programs “Max”, “Standard”, “Privilege”, and “Manager”.
