Start of the new Online banking

Dear customers,

As of 11.01.2021 ,we are pleased to present to you the new online banking platform of Tokuda Bank, which will be available to all (current and future) clients of the Bank .

The current users of online banking will have the opportunity to take advantage of the new platform without the necessity to submit a prior request. The current username and password will be valid for log in to the new platform. From 11.01.2021 the old platform will be deactivated automatically.

If you do not currently use Tokuda Bank's online banking, we invite you to become a member of our online community. If you are interested, please contact us by visiting the nearest branch, where our employees will be pleased to assist you. The addresses and contacts of the offices are published on the Tokuda Bank's website

The necessary documents that should be filled in for the online banking registration are as follows: Request for registration/change of the Internet banking service, Contract for provision of payment services through Internet banking and General Terms and Conditions for Internet banking of Tokuda Bank AD. At your discretion, you can fill them in advance in two copies (one for the client and one for the Bank) and when visiting one of Tokuda Bank’s offices the documents should be signed in front of a bank’s employee.
