The competition is one of the initiatives that mark the 25-years of successful presence at the financial market for Tokuda Bank. Participants ranked at the top 15 places will be awarded possibility to work on basic interior design projects for clients financed by the Bank with a mortgage loan "Home Under construction" or "At present time" for the purchase of home, and the project will be paid by the financial institution.
"We are happy to have the opportunity to support young future architects and designers by giving them a chance to gain experience in dealing with clients and to enrich their portfolio. At the same time, we make a gift to our mortgage loans clients of basic interior design of their home, according to their requirements and desires" said Anna Boneva, Executive Director of Tokuda Bank during the official ceremony at the Architect's Club in Sofia.
The competition "Find Your First Client" was held from 25 January to 8 March and included students from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, New Bulgarian University, University of Structural Engineering & Architecture (VSU) "Lyuben Karavelov" - Sofia, National Academy of Arts Sofia, Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar, University of Forestry in Sofia. All students in architecture were eligible to take part: from freshman to graduate.
